2025 Leaf Pickup
Unfortunately a winter snow storm hit us early this year and combined with that, our Trees did not really start losing leaves until about November 1st. As a result we only had about three weeks to pick up leaves and we never even got beyond the Old Grand Beach area.
We now have a situation where we cannot pick up leaves because of the snow and cold. If the weather breaks and we have an opportunity to pick up leaves later this winter, we will do so but I suspect we will not be able to do so until Spring when the weather improves. The weather forecasters are prediciting a cold and snowy winter (and we know how good they are at their jobs).
Next year, we will bring our supplemental contractor to the Village earlier and we will start them in the Eiffel Tower area and start our crew in the Golfmore area and work toward each other.
