Village Hall Remains Closed

Out of an abundance of caution and to protect the employees and residents, the Village Hall remains closed to the public (walk-ins) until further notice due to COVID-19.

We can be reached by email or by telephone at (269) 469-3141 during regular business hours 9 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. EST.

Payments should be mailed to 48200 Perkins Blvd., Grand Beach, MI 49117 or can be dropped off in the drop box located outside of the office next to the bulletin board.

Building and Electrical Permits

During this time, contractors can find permit applications and other required documentation here.  If you are unsure of what forms you need, please contact Clerk Mary Robertson at clerk@grandbeach.org. 

Some permits will require surveys, drawings and/or blueprints. 

Additions, new construction, digging to build a deck, etc. for properties located in the critical dunes area will require a permit from Environment Great Lakes & Energy (EGLE) before you apply for a building permit with the Village. 

Permit applications and other forms along with necessary fees can be dropped off in the drop box.  Please send an email to clerk@grandbeach.org to let us know that you have dropped off permit documents. Permits will be issued as soon as possible after we have received all of the required applications, documentation and fees.
